- •It does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- •Contrast therapy may not be suitable for everyone
- •Consult a physician before starting any new wellness regimen
- •Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and those with certain medical conditions should avoid contrast therapy
- •Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain
User Responsibilities
- •Use sauna and cold plunge equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions
- •Never use the app while operating machinery or driving
- •Do not use while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- •Supervise minors using the app
- •Ensure proper hydration before and after sessions
- •Have a spotter nearby for extreme temperature exposures
Liability Limitation
- •SoliVana is NOT liable for injuries from contrast therapy
- •SoliVana is NOT liable for equipment malfunction
- •SoliVana is NOT liable for data loss or service interruptions
- •Use of this app is at your own risk
- •You assume full responsibility for your health and safety
- •Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
Subscription Terms
- •Free tier available with limited sessions
- •Premium subscriptions billed monthly or annually
- •Cancel anytime through your account settings
- •No refunds for partial months
- •Price changes require 30-day advance notice
- •Failure to pay may result in account downgrade
Intellectual Property
- •All content, protocols, and software owned by SoliVana
- •You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app
- •User-generated content (session notes) remains your property
- •We may use anonymized data to improve services
- •Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
